Larry DeMarco and Stacey Hobbs are a dynamite duo! It's rare these days to get top customer service from one person but both Larry and Stacey repeatedly went above and beyond. It was an exhausting process to ready my home for sale (on the heels of my husband's sudden death). I don't know how I would have weathered the storm without these two holding me up along the way. Lasting bonds and friendships here. I can't thank you enough! PS They represented me in both the sale of my Apple Knolls Estate home (under contract over asking price in 2 days) plus my purchase of a Spring Mills villa.

Kendon Jenkins from Larry DeMarco Team- Modern Realty Results was absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. Seriously, this is who you go with when you want dreams to become a reality. My husband and I have been trying to purchase a specific property for nearly 8 years now and Kendon made it happen (and in record time). She was extremely knowledgeable, helped guide us through the entire process and was very patient with all of my questions. Kendon is friendly, polite and professional. She kept me calm during the very stressful buying situation, and she truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend her for any buying/selling needs you may have. Let me start by saying my husband and I struck gold with the Larry DeMarco Team, Modern Reality Results selling our home in Martinsburg, West Virginia in September. Larry wrote a very insightful article in the Journal newspaper and when I read it and shared it with my husband, we were on the phone setting up a meeting the next day. After that first meeting, the ball started rolling and Larry DeMarco Team was right there answering questions and guiding us through the entire process of selling our home of 24 years. Larry and his Team are very professional and I highly recommend them from our first hand experience.

In February of 2007 we purchased our first home using Larry’s services. Earlier this year we sold that house and bought our forever home using Larry again for both transactions. He went above and beyond both times exceeding our expectations of a realtor, wether it was 7am or 7pm we knew we would get an answer quick. Just a day before closing our lender wanted to push off our closing date and Larry jumped through hurdles to keep the original closing day and find a law office that could fit us into their schedule. Thanks for helping us get into our forever home!
